Chloe Aesthetics – Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

Chloe Aesthetics provides professional aesthetic and advanced skin treatments. All treatments are carried out by a qualified aesthetic practitioner and are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.

Chloe Aesthetics is a non-medical aesthetics business. Prescription-only treatments are administered following assessment and authorisation by an independent qualified prescriber in line with current UK regulations.

2. Consultations & Suitability

All clients are required to complete a full consultation prior to treatment. Suitability will be assessed based on medical history, current medications, previous treatments and overall treatment goals.

Chloe Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is considered unsuitable, unsafe or not in the client’s best interest.

3. Age Restriction

All injectable treatments are strictly 18 years and over. Valid photographic identification may be requested. No exceptions will be made.

4. Booking Fees & Payments

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

Booking fees are non-transferable in the event of late cancellation or failure to attend.

Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of booking fee.

• Failure to attend (no-show) will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, booking fees may be retained.

7. Results & Expectations

Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science and results vary from person to person. Individual results depend on factors including anatomy, lifestyle, metabolism and adherence to aftercare advice.

No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

8. Risks & Complications

All aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects. These will be discussed during your consultation. By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you understand the potential risks involved.

9. Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are provided with detailed aftercare advice. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions.

Chloe Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance or from undisclosed medical conditions.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not provided once treatment has been carried out.

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not qualify for a refund. Review appointments may be offered where clinically appropriate.

11. Photography & Media Consent

Clinical photographs may be taken before, during and after treatment for the purpose of maintaining accurate treatment records and documenting results.

Images may also be used for marketing, promotional and educational purposes, including social media and website platforms. Consent for photography and any promotional use will always be discussed and confirmed at your appointment prior to treatment.

If you choose not to consent to marketing use, your decision will be fully respected and will not affect your treatment in any way.

12. Right to Refuse Treatment

Chloe Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time if treatment is deemed unsuitable, expectations are unrealistic, or behaviour is inappropriate.

13. Liability

By booking and proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have provided accurate information, understand the risks involved, and consent voluntarily to treatment.
